Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Antik Çağ account and personal data. This page explains how deletion works and which data is erased versus kept because the law requires it.
How does deletion work?
- Sign in. A deletion request can only be created by the account holder, while signed in.
- Fill in the form on this page. Enter your password and tick the confirmation box. The request is saved immediately and your session ends.
- 30-day cooling-off period. If you sign in again within this period you can cancel the request with one click.
- Permanent deletion. When the period ends your account is anonymised; your username, e-mail and profile details are removed irreversibly.
To delete from the app: open this page in the Android app and follow the same steps. You can also write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account.
Data that is erased
- Username, name and e-mail address
- Password and session data
- Profile text and avatar
- Registered mobile devices and notification tokens
- Interface preferences
- Bank transfer sender name, bank name and uploaded receipts
Records that are kept
- Payment and invoice records — 10 years (Turkish Tax Procedure Law)
- Hall of Fame archives of closed worlds — as an anonymous ranking record
- Entries in other players’ battle and clan history — anonymised
- Security logs — 12 months
